Can see why Greens Lake is so popular

Finally made it to Greens Lake, unfortunately only an overnight stay on my way to Portland to spend a couple of days over Easter with some family. But what an introduction - temperature in the high 20s, no wind, the lake looking like a sheet of glass and a near full moon rising into the sky. Plenty of people here, think I got the last spot by the lake about 10 spots to the right of the boat ramp. Went for a walk and bumped into Fay (moons), a very occasional Forum member. Hope to be able to spend more time here on my next visit.

Joe

Hi Joe - Greens is indeed a lovely spot to camp - Easter is always hugely busy - boats, skiers, kids, kites and lots of fun.

Sounds like you are having a great time Joe - good on you!

Yes Dave, I'm back at Greens. Been here two weeks. Survived Easter. The place was hugely packed.there was a good crowd camped all around me.. It was amazing at the amount of camps that where here. I'm still alive Doug. It will take a lot to knock this old girl down.
