Intro to the forum

Hello all, this is Frank and Karen, we are new folk to this forum and the life on the road, but looking forward to doing lots over the coming years. We have a diesel X-Trail manual TL dci 2012.

We did a first trip to Jervis Bay Caravan Park and loved it. Managed to find out lots of stuff to add to the van and car to make life easier on the road. The van is an AVAN Aspire 499 and tows real well. Found the economy running out at just under 10/100 on the first trip, so was very happy. Cheers to all. smile

Welcome to the forum Franky31, enjoy here and out in the playground.

10/100, can't complain about that. You have tried the caravan park thing so now get rigged up with Solar power and good battery/s and get out into the free/low cost way of doing things. I must admit that I do a lot of the free stuff but add a bit of Caravan Park stuff as well. I do try and find cheaper ones out of major towns etc though as much as possible.

Keep Safe on the roads.

Gday Frank and Karen
Welcome to the forum, there are a significant number of our members who live constantly out in the big playground and if you are anywhere near Greens Lake call in you will almost always find one or two grey nomads members there.
