Hi John & Lorraine, It looks like a great spot. We're getting a new van in a few months, have the house rented for about 3 years, and have Tassie on the short list!
With Tassie on the short list, make sure you make the time to make it worth it. We have been here for 6 months, still have 1 1/2 to go, don't be surprised by the size, so much to see down here.

We will most certainly make the most of it. Friends spent 3 months there and could have made it more they say. Their map looks like a bit of lace work with all the highlighted roads on it!
