Hi Peter S

You won't have any trouble with your van it is like mine mate an old model ,they were made a lot better than the new ones,I have a 2000 model Jayco Westport 21ft been around australia and never missed a beat, don't let anyone tell the Jayco,s are no good,I would rather have mine than a new one of any brand ,they may not be as flash as a new one ,best of luck on your adventure.

Jayco told me at the Melbourne caravan show that anywhere your vehicle can go they will cover the warranty on your van now with their new suspension.

Jayco is the biggest caravan company in Australia. Every second van that gets towed past mine is a Jayco, so there must be some reason why most people prefer Jaycos. Happy travels Peter.

Value for money is what keeps Jayco,s on the road, plus you can get service anywhere but they do need to honour their occasional quality slip ups like the van that the side panel is a disaster, cannot understand why Jayco will not fix it when it is an obvious mistake in their production system.
