I had a thought but it got run over as it crossed my mind.
Rocky, my main man it is fairly obvious mate, the convobulator needs to be inserted in the fuffoo valve sideways giving a maximum clearance of 0000.1 of a clacker. This will allow a degree of movement in the schlacken tappet which will enable it to be screwed more securely.

Geez, that had me going for a bit - just got my glasses back from an optician today after the frame was repaired (after I sat on them last week ) and wondered if they did something to the lenses as well. Then I noticed who the OP was ... 'nuf said!!
My eyes are still pointing in different directions.

Really Rocky, thought you would be able to assemble this without needing a swamp throttle eliminator. Suggest you use simple ocker bolts and a non rusty tool to fix this in seconds! RambleGambol
