It is the picture on the left of your post, you can insert one by going to your user details page, and go from there to select whatever you want as your avatar.....
Someone else will have a better set of instructions than I gave....

Hi Peter & Barb Getting back to your original question, select your avatar photo in your pictures library & size it to 640. Then log into this forum & click on your name where it says you're logged in. Then on the left you'll see avatar, click on it. You'll now see a blank square where your avatar goes. Click on the ''upload from your computer'' rectangle. Go to your pictures library. Find the picture you sized & double click on it. Hopefully now it will appear in the blank square. Then click on save changes. Hope this helps. Cheers Keith
