good ideas, but would be interested in see how many other RVers check nomad vehicles.
Its never occurred to us that an RV we have seen could be stolen. The only time I would be suspicious is if a couple of scruffy young people were trotting round in a late model RV (and tow vehicle) - on the basis that how could they have afforded it.
How many RVs do you see in busy tourist areas and on the roads and think they maybe stolen?
I suspect that most RVs stolen get a quick appearance change (paint etc), a new VIN plate and re-registered as a home made RV (and some people do built their own RV's - especially motorhomes and buses
