I think a lot do.

Perhaps why so many of the general public take such un-necessary risks to pass us.

I try to be considerate by pulling over at every safe opportunity & talking to truckies.

There will always be some but I am absolutely certain they are wrong I have travelled the highways and byways for many years and have found caravaners to be truly wonderful people and extremely wonderful drivers, it's just everybody else on the roads who cause problems on the roads.
