You will need to get the exact model details together with wheel and hub type. I have a Jayco Starcraft Outback 16ft and it has 16'wheels with Ford hubs... Jayco said slimline Ford bearings but when I removed the wheels I found they were heavy duty (about 3x the price of the discount ones from supercheap and like)
I would take the them out and have a look before buying, I got the numbers off them including the seals and went to a bearing supply place.
Sorry if even Jayco didn't know which bearing were in my van it would be difficult for me to make a call from back here in the lounge on whats in your van.
Cheers,
Brian

Some times you will get the inner and outer bearings from a different stable in the same stub. If you have Al-Ko axles and know the load carrying capacity of the axle you can get the bearing numbers from their web site.

I replaced a bearing in my daughters old Jayco and it had Holden and Ford on the one hub, my van wich is. 2000 model Jayco Westport has Ford bearings only, if you have to replace them I would wash the old ones up and take them with you for a sample.

I have an old trailer which i made my self 35 years ago I remember getting the stubs from a wreck at the tip. I always cleaned and packed the bearings every now and then but they were never without grease. I decided to change them a few years ago as a matter of course. I removed one to take it for a sample which had HOLDEN 13 Stamped on it. I swear that bearing didn't have a mark on it and like new. After seeing the new ones in the shop and the Made in China sign, I decided to keep the old ones.
