RE: SHOPPING AT WOLLIES ## NEVER AGAIN

Always remember when your lined up.........waiting, waiting, the checkout person is quite likely upset too, and the situation is not of their making.

woollies, coles, bunnings etc etc etc.........employ the majority of their staff on a casual basis, allows employer all sorts of tricks.

We have had the odd bad experience in all the supermarkets but in general we shop all of them and take advantage of the specials. Like others have mentioned we have no loyalties to any of the stores just try to play them at their own game. We always treat the checkout people with the utmost cheer and respect as these people deal with some really mean people. We know because our daughters worked in checkouts when young and would often finish work upset because of mean thoughtless customers.

when you come across a queue an a large no of registers unattended start piling up your goods on an unattended one if they haven't opened it by the time your finished walk out an go somewhere else if a few people did that they would soon open up a few registers

I hate having to queue up to spend my dollars

Would you mind explaining exactly what positive benefits doing this would have?

Seems to me you have taken the time to do your shopping, wheeled it up to the checkout unloaded it, then walked away empty handed and will have to repeat the process again elsewhereconfuse and of course the staff have the job of returning the stock to the shelves, all because of impatience.

Looks like a lose lose situation to me.no
