Hi everybody. Just want to pick a few brains if I may. I have to carry an epipen with us due to my wife's reaction to some insect bites. My problem is it says they must be kept between 15 and 25 degrees. How do you do that when traveling on the road. Has anybody got some suggestions as I would appreciate them. Dave
Diabetics use a cooler bag called Frio or Frigo which is soaked to expand crystals which cool by evaporation. The bag is placed in another bag to keep it longer. You can fit about 5 pens and the temperature is about right for a few days. You then keep the pens in the fridge.
