Almost ready

Some more boxes ticked. Have had a tow bar fitted to the Hino and a Hitch 'n Go A-frame for the Terios. In a couple of weeks I'll be hitched and gone, after getting new springs and shocks fitted to the bus next week, which will also raise it by 40mm and go a little way to easing the effects of the long overhang at the rear.

Cheers

Joe

Good on ya Joe

The time leading up to a holiday or tour you are planning can be more exiting than actually doing it.

Thanks all for your comments. The suspension upgrade (from Dobinsons Spring & Suspension in Rockhampton) has worked a treat, eliminating the sometimes drastic side-to-side lurching that happened when the wheels on either side hit an undulation. Now I have to recalculate the height of the Hino and re-do the height warning label on the dash.

Cheers
Joe

Shut the front gate!

Joe, if you have time enough to count the seconds smile It's time to get out here in the playground now matebiggrin

At least there should be less than a week to go now so hold on tight for the ride of a life. Hope to see you out here one day.
