Newbies

Hi All,

Hubby & I have ordered our new caravan which we will be taking delivery of next June. We have previously camped so are looking forward to some luxury.

For our first trip we are driving from Brisbane to Melbourne to collect the van, then then off to Darwin. We are taking 6 weeks to do this and will be our test to see what we need for an extended trip ASAP.

Like everyone new we have lots of questions, many of which have been answered by you Nomads, so thankyou for that.

We have been offered extended warranty on the van. We would appreciate any feedback on this. I think it's $3000 for an extra 3 years. is it worthwhile?

Liz

Welcome from us Liz

lots of info in here if you do a search. Ask a question if you cannot find an answer by searching. Lots of helpful people in here only too willing to assist.

Pop your question into the General section of the forum where it will get a better response.

The polo shirts in the shop are really good quality, look great and are very comfortable too although you may not like wearing clothes too often.

enjoy the playground we call Australia.

I am sure the chief of cheer will be along soon to welcome you as well.

Frank

Gee, fanks for the intro KFC biggrin

Welcome to the gang Lizgar, enjoy here and out in the playground.

I gave up on extended warranties many moons back. I found, I hope, all my problems on the den within the first 6 months so hopefully all should be good from here on. Hoping anyway.

$3000 sounds a bit but your call really. IMO.

Keep Safe on the roads.
