After a night camped at the Condobolin lakeside (toilets, hot showers, plenty of room - all for a donation only) we set off towards Parkes. On the way we paused to take in an interesting local attraction known as "Utes in the Paddock."
It is a collection old Holden utes painted by some of Australia's well known artists. It is well worth the short detour if you are ever in the area.
