G,day from the Drover

Hi everyone, just to introduce myself:

I am towing a 2014 Lotus Trooper with my 2010 Landcruiser 79 series tray with an alu body on the back and usually a Hurricane Kayak on the roof.

I spent the early years of my working life on the land, and then went into the road transport industry for the next 45 years most of this time was spent long haul driving but I did have a period in the middle of about 10 years in management before  going back on the road, I retired 6+ years ago from interstate driving for a living and here we are still driving interstate but with a lot more time to stop and look around.

We do not do the lap of Australia type tour preferring to concentrate on particular areas wether it be WA, The Gulf ,Cape etc.

This our 3rd trailer the first being an off road camper followed by 2 off road caravans and prior to that we used to tent it like many others currently travelling in comfort.

Cheers and safe travelling everyone

Welcome from us Drover

lots of info in here if you do a search. Ask a question if you cannot find an answer by searching.

Lots of helpful people in here only too willing to assist. The polo shirts in the shop are really good quality, look great and are very comfortable too.

Enjoy the playground we call Australia. I am sure the chief of cheer will be along soon to welcome you as well.

Frank
