Flowers are a great way to show compassion but in my personal opinion will not "protect us". It saddened me and made me realise that the baddies will always win as long as we take flowers to a gun fight.

Flower Power, hardly an original concept, those who lived through the 60's and 70's know full well that for most involved in the movement it was simply an excuse to smoke dope, get naked, bonk and sit around doing bugger all.

I prefer to have a gun than a bunch of flowers especially if a gunfight is in the wind.
