Sounds painful - I have a "dicky knee" from playing racquetball - I can walk up stairs no problem, but walking down them sometimes is another problem, often have to walk sideways, and the swelling takes ages to subside. Hope it can be fixed - in the meantime, try attaching a magnet to the spot, can help.
How are those twins of yours going?

Yeh, I had a Total Knee Replacement back in 2006, and now it gives me a lot of curry if I don't have a knee bandage on. It seems that holding the Knee Cap tight up against my knee and no probs. With out the Knee bandage it is continuous pain. I don't know if they gave me a new metal Knee Cap, or used the original.
Anybody else relate to this?
Simmo.
