If You are looking for a one off trip from one burb to another, simplest & possibly cheapest would be to get a tow truck. At off peak times would be the go.
Nope, the big boys don't fit towbars to their 4WD vehicles.
I've found one company in Guildford who rent Prado with towbars, and they happy for one to tow boats or caravans.

I suggest you start a new thread with a title HELP REQUIRED TO TOW A CARAVAN FROM XXX TO XXX IN PERTH and then put in some details of distance in the text, plus weight, plus trailer plug 7 pin/12pin etc and contacts etc.
If I was in Perth I'd do it for you.
Need to make sure brakes, lights etc work ok and legal/roadworthy obviously.

In Toowoomba if I were wanting to move a caravan, container or caravan up to 40km I'd ring one of the many mobs that have tilt tray towtrucks. The normal charge in Toowoomba is $80 and it is hassle free and insured plus they usually will do it at the drop of a hat. The van sits on the tray and has an easy ride.
I'm sure in Perth there are many such operations.
Good Luck.
