Tagine

Last Christmas I got a Ceramic Tagine as a present, but hadn't used it, because I wasn't sure how to. Last friday I decided to give it a go, and made a lamb and apricot tagine. It was so tender and juicy, so we'll be having a few more tagine meals from now on. Because you can use it on a stove top, I'll be packing it into the caravan to take away with us, we don't have an oven. The design of the tagine allows it to cook very tender meat dishes (or vegetarian) and can be used on a small flame on a gas cooker.

Here is a YouTube video of one being used to cook chicken.
