OK, I'm running short of something to say so, I will ask the question.
Note: I am using Windows 8, so other programs don't count.I am a victim no, a sucker for Spider Solitaire, and currently have the following score sheet and would like a challenge as I am sick of playing with myself,,,,,,,,, joking of course, you never get sick of that.
Also note Games played is 2933.
And games won is 2931, different by 2, that is clumsy Old Fart puter clicking.
I probably should have added that my best time is 3 min 43 secs, and my longest is something like 1 hr 20 minutes.
That 3 min 43 secs, was 5 or 6 months ago and even if I live to 150, I don't reckon I will ever improve on it.

Hard work never killed anybody but why take the chance.
When I used to play Freecell, my score was 95% and above. I used to believe that it was a good way to keep track of any cognitive decline, but I now think that was a mistake. Instead I find it much more useful to test myself with brain games where my score is more "average".
For example, I find that a daily cryptic crossword is a much better indicator than a card game.
The added benefit of an online game is that you can compare yourself against other players. I very rarely get on the scoreboard, so that keeps me challenged (I reckon some people probably cheat, though).
