Just 26 km north of Esperance there is a small township called Gibson.  There is a large block beside the Hotel/Motel with formed roadways which is available for Free Camping.  There is also a toilet block with flushing toilets.

Yes it is located between the Norseman/Esperance road and the railway line, but I don't imagine there is much traffic overnight on either.
