Hi Russell. Don't have a Paramount sorry, so cant help you, but in case you don't get answers from others that do, have you looked on google for customer reviews on their vans generally and also have a look at their web site and see if theres customer feedback (but be aware that some companies control what feedback goes on their site and even worse, write b/s ones that of course tell you how great their goods are)

I am on my second Paramount over a period of ten years. They are well built and finished but best of all their aftersales service at the factory is second to none.I have had a couple of minor issues well out of warranty(2yrs +) and the factory was only too pleased to handle them. They certainly stand by their product. You would"t be disappointed if you made the purchase.
I have a 2010 Paramount, 20 footer with combined toilet shower. Took it on an 18 month 70,000km odyssey and it never missed a beat. One small leak on the rear window (fixed it myself) and a small section of wall laminex lifting adjacent to the electric kettle (due to be fixed soon). Otherwise a trouble free run. A well built and comfortable van.
Mine is about to go on sale if you are interested.
