A great morale boost for a large part of Nth QLD, and something to smile about for a lot of people who have been doing it tough.
And it is hard for us ex north Queenslanders to get the smiles off our faces.

How proud it was to be a Queenslander on Sunday night. What a game what a finish what a champion team they both were and finally what a hero J.T. Ben Hunt, well he had a brain explosion, firstly the spear tackle and a penalty, follow by a drop ball, and also kicking for side line to take up time. I bet he wished he could have another go at that catch. The game was the huge winner. Something we will remember for years to come. Well done Queensland, well done NRL. And if Wally is the King or the Emperor of Lang Park, then J.T. can sit on the right hand of the Lord Almighty up there in God's Country. Jay&Dee
