Yeh kiwijims, I reckon the Dockers peaked 3/4s of the way through the season, and I hope the Eagles will peak next week. Anyway my big 6 Ft X 3Ft flag is up out the front and staying up all week.

Be interesting to see how the Eagles handle the dirt that the Hawks put in playing the Dockers, I don't think they could have beaten them if they had played a clean game, bunch of thugs.
Eagles beat the Hawks early in the seas by 32 points but I don't think they (Hawks) had reached their peak then. Bet there will be plenty of "biff" from the Hawks in the final and of course some retaliation from the Eagles, pity, it spoils a good game.
Being from WA, Ive got to support both teams, but it was pleasing with the Eagles/Melbourne game that the on field play was pretty clean - a little verballing each other and pushing, but no all out group scraps and other unpleasant displays.
I think it wont the same way with the Final.....pity
But Melbourne played a good game, but not good enough to win. A pity though that so many points were lost by both sides from kicks at goal from hopeless angles/distances when the ball should have been played closer to the posts for a realistic attempt

The amazing things you see when nomading Australia
It seemed to me this year that, the Eagles missed the goals and got heaps of points on one week, then kicked straight and got heaps of goals the next week. SOooooooo, I am confident that next week is a goal week, and the cup will have a smooth journey across the Nullarbor.

Casualkev , I can only assume you are referring to all the stupid free kicks given to the Roos, don't blame me just go find one intelligent AFL umpire.
