came into Geraldton yesterday, with today's date in the diary to have the hot water service fixed. Came to CountryTime Caravans to find that in their diary I was suppose to be here yesterday. Hmmmmm, not a problem says Rick, we will just shuffle things around and get it done straight away for you. All said with a smile and the guys here are all great. Clean workshop, clean showroom, and no yelling, screaming, or bad language. Very impressed.

Well done. You had better luck than me with work being done on my tug.

I know! You showed a bit of leg biggrin  Must work well. I had the shorts on but obviously the leg was not as good biggrin

Nice to find good service. I called in to a 4x4 today re WDH as I feel the ute is not travelling as well as it should now. Well - lovely young bloke pointed out that my rear springs are FLAT and that a set of heavy duty ones would make a big difference - so back to get that done on Tuesday. I have had others keen to sell me the WDH without commenting about the springs - to me the logical place to start????

What? No yelling, screaming, or bad language. Maybe it's a very frequent problem that they are handling daily. Or you found a workshop full of un-blokey blokes.

Dougwe, I think I got great service because I did not show any leg. As far as taking this posting off topic, my goodness never known you to do that.  biggrin biggrin 

 

TommyG, not sure if you are being serious or it was tongue in cheek, they were actually blokey blokes, doing a great job in what is obviously a respectful and happy work place. The boss asked the staff to do things with a please and thank you and was busy himself. So it was a nice place to be and the hour and half that it took to do the job went quickly. 

They also wanted to  know about my MH because they had not seen a Wirraway before and they were impressed that they could get to everything so easily. So it was all good.
