Good enough for what we do.

This is our rig. An Avan Erin Mk 2 with an underslung axle for more clearance (bought new 3 years ago). No en-suite by choice, we use a dunny/shower tent & Porta loo. Tug is an MY15 run-out model Nissan Navara D22 bought new early this year after our 2011 Ford Ranger was ''written off'' after being hit by lightning at home. As you can see we get our rig dirty (rarely wash it). We spend most of our time out in the bush photographing wildlife in locations where there is no-one else around except us. This image was taken recently in a Rest Area near where we had been bush camping in Ngarkat Conservation Park SA.

We could easily afford something more ''flash'' but we're not the type to be staying in caravan parks washing & polishing our rig. We've got more interesting things to do. LOL.

Sorry, birds are prettier than tug. Which do you prefer the Ranger or the Navara?

Pretty much the same. Fuel economy is about the same, stereo & speakers are better in Navara, tub was slightly bigger in the Ranger. They both get washed about twice a year. LOL.
