last Cab To Darwin.

Hi All.

Been to see the movie Last Cab To Darwin today, I was ready to walk out about 20 minutes into the movie but wife stop me saying we are with friends and not to make a scene, I think she was also a bit moved.

The movie is based on a true story but to me was questionable and was loosing the plot but to the credit of the movie ended with as good as you get.

Acting was excellent Jackie can not do a thing wrong, Michael was his normal best.

Go with a open mind

I'm off to see it during the week and always go to movies with an open mind even after reading or listening to critic reviews. Michael Caton is one of my favourite actors.

The other is Anthony Hopkins, who can't do anything wrong.

Michael Caton is Aussie Rocket, that's enough to go check it out biggrin Going by the trailer there are more than one or two Aussie actors as well though, just can't can't remember who, spose I'll know after Wednesday.

Are you sure Anthony Hopkins is in it Doug, I cant' see any mention of him in the credits.

Never said Anthony was in the movie Vic just that he was a favourite actor of mine.

I think they are all or mostly Aussie actirs in the movie mentioned mate. I will know Wednesday all going well.

No worries Doug, I misread it.    John Howard (the actor not the ex pm) is in it too, he is the big round faced bloke).  As well as Jackie Weaver of course.

Hi All

Been lost in setting up a new address book in my tablet and phone, no fun for last day or so.

Yes it is an all Australia cast with some of my favotites, Jackie met her as a teenager and fell in love with her was to shy to ask her out, a regret.

The movie is Australian about Australians, set in Australia. There is some great screnes of Australia.

Go see with an open mind and enjoy. Ralph
