Are you looking to replace an existing hatch or have a totally new hatch installed?
We had the ensuite hatch replaced in our Jayco two years ago and the Jayco dealer charged me $165 but that's only a small hatch

About 18mths ago we had a small (broken) hatch removed and replaced with a much larger hatch. There is no fan in the new one but it opens to either side, front and back, or the lot. It has flyscreen and blockout screen. I think they called it a coach hatch.
Removal of the damaged one, cutting a bigger opening and supplying and fitting the new one cost us $615.
Hope that is some help. Sorry I don't know whether I ever knew the purchase price of the part.
