hello everyone. We have one of these Hot Water Services and do not have a lot of success with same. Does anyone else have one ,and how does it perform? Maybe we have a lemon. When it works properly, it is very nice, but seems to have a problem with variances in water pressures and often!! Please give us some advice as we do not get much satisfaction from the suppliers! Thanks, Brian
Forgot to say it is a continuous hot water service meaning it does not have a storage tank.

I have one in my Den Wendy and you are right, they can be a bugga at times. I have found since being on main water pressure here at my daughters there is no problem at all.
I found when using tank water through the pump to set the temp control to not the hottest setting and the valve under the van the same. I also found by adjusting the mixer tap to about 7 o'clock helped as well.
Keep in mind though they take about 2-3lts of water before getting hot. I capture that water then put back in tank or use for washing cloths or dishes etc. Works for me.
