Made my laugh but also scared. Our council has plans for our main street and some others. I think there will be problems with their bright ideas, like a shared road cars, pedestrians and bike riders who co-operate with each other.

One would have to suspect that it's a local council who has new rules on where trees can be planted and the local rangers haven't yet enforced the rules
