Yes........ I know............the news  is now fish and chip wrapping paper.

But what a game we saw last night. The records just kept tumbling, There was some magic from the Queensland guys.

How about J.T kicking never missed one, and all were not higher them the goal post. It seemed to me he was determined not to kick the ball to high. But he is Mr Magic and to boot a great legend in the game.

I reckon that the odds of picking a score line like 52 Qld 6 NSW would have been about 1000 to one.

8 tries to one, and we could have had more but for J.T. running out of petrol and the one disallowed.

Yes there are 100's of accolades that we can bestow on the boys.

Q.   Did Laurie Daley instruct his boys to play football the he and Stero use to. They must have been asleep during  his briefings.

OH!!!! I lost count of the number of times Phil Gould said

O dear.. O dear... O dear... O dear.   He was lost for words to describe the poor performance of the NSW guys and I guess he did not know how to praise the Maroon boys.

Anyway makes me Proud to be a QUEENSLANDER.

I created a record too.

Not one scream or abuse directed at the ref.  Didn't need to close all the windows or doors.

Enjoyed the game again at lunch time & didn't dose off as I usually do after lunch.

The cricket looks rather crap, so I might just watch it again.

On a sombre note!!! anyway.
I was impressed the way the Daley and Gallon handles their post match press conference.
But I guess that they were trying to get back some support from their followers.
Hope Mal M. has another big birthday nest year for the 2016 series,.

 I have it on good authority that there will be no 2016 Series. The general consensus appears to be letting the Q'billies play some team that may provide some stiff opposition.

I wonder, if the Q'billy 1 team were to play the Q'billy 2 team, would there be a closer and more exciting game.
