When we bought our caravan I measured the queen mattress so I knew what size sheets I would need. Our mattress is 1540 wide 1880 long ( but the curve at the foot takes the width is 1020 and length from head to beginning of the curve is 1690) hope this is of some help and not confusing.
I hade a foam queens size in me 5th wheeler it was useless , went and bought a inner spring queen 1500 x 2000 had hell of a job getting it in the van , took me one hour to bend it here and there but got it in in the end. I know it's a lot heavier than the foam thing but it's great for good sleep, Don't know about a bit of the other as I'm a solo ???
Hey Rex. Many mattresses in RV's are not the same size that bedding retailers sell.
Suggest you measure your current matt and then go into a few bedding places and measure their matts.
You can 1) get one custom made through most retailers who sell Aust made matts (be aware many of them are now imported from China). Sealey - the manufacturer do custom sized ones, but they are not cheap 2) there are small matt makers in Aust that specialize in custom made for size and particular customer needs. Often they run small adverts in caravan magazines or try google - perhaps "custom made mattresses"......
If any retail salesperson tells you house and RV matts are the same size - run !!!!
(I used to manage a large furniture store lol)

The amazing things you see when nomading Australia
When I had a custom built caravan ordered last year I was advised by the builder that all caravan queen sized beds were shorter in length than a household queen size by 6" or 150mm. I allowed for this in the internal layout facilitate for a FULL queen size bed. One of the best decisions with a supreme pillow top mattress.
