BANANA PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
1 BANANA - the larger the better.
2 EGGS
METHOD
1. Mash banana in a bowl.
2. Add eggs and beat well.
3. Melt butter or marg in frying pan.
4. Cook on medium both sides.
5. AND THEN EAT.
NOTES
1. It's quicker to cook one big pancake then cut with lifter into pieces before turning.
2. For extra taste and to be full until lunch time :-
A/ Before turning, sprinkle with dry fruit & nuts. I like raisins and walnuts.
B/ Serve with your favourite yoghurt.
C/ If serving for dessert, serve with cream &/or icecream.
3. Can be cooked in a 12volt oven/cooker. Spray base with nonstick oil before adding butter.
4. Low fat, low carb, no added sugar, high fibre, high protein & gluten free (when no extras added).
5. Quick and simple to make and super yummy.
Thanks for that Panther. Had to copy it and paste it to a blank page, then print it. Don't know why, but it won't print straight from this page.
Cheers,
Sheba.
