Arrived here yesterday after morning tea at the Frosty Mango , ( highly recommended ) . moving onto the Daintree tomorrow for a week on private property just up from cow bay. Cruise ship in port Dougles so was extra 2000 people walking around. Weather not the best only 26-27 yesterday. Lol
Well, the old Frosty Mango hey! Hope you got some nice Pinapple Jam? I have promised the grandies a trip there soon.
I have also decided to head to Port Douglas and then work my way back to Townsville. Not taking van though. I will head off after school Holidays and some friends that are heading in this direction have been and gone. No hurry to go yet.
Those Hornets have stepped up there noise a notch or two since your departure as well. 4.30am today. Exciting though. They are heading south on Sunday, bugga.
Keep Safe both of you.

Ment to buy some jam and ralish when we left the frosty mango but forgot all about it. U will love it up here Doug, 4.30 am glad I have moved on. Lol
wise not bringing van we never pre booked and couldn't get any thing in port Dougles and last one in mossman then today we were driving out of park and there is a van set up in the carparking next to the office, like a public carparking and has all is hose and cables going through the fence into the power box and tap. Wonder if they charged them full price. Our site is on a angle as there is a park bench here and it has no number so they are using every bit of space.

Space,
Yes we stayed at a park in Port D and we were packed in like the old saying goes. Tripping over the Ropes and lucky to be able to put up our awning. Just a short stroll from the town centre. Give us Bush camping any day.
But the Port is a great place for site seeing. Any wonder they call Townsville & Cairns and to the north "God's Country"
