Travelling with My Pet.

This is Daisy. She's now 4 months of age. Her mum is a Daschund x Chihuahua. Her dad a Pug. Have no idea what she is going to turn out like but she has very long legs.

Very cute and Daisy has the same markings as a kelpie!

Too true. Someone described her as a mini Doberman today. First photo early May, second photo mid June, notice how fast her legs are growing.

She's gorgeous. The very first photo appeared to be mostly Chihuahua, the last 2, I think there maybe something else hidden in her DNA. Interesting to see what she looks like at 18 months.

Me too. It's a mystery. I'm beginning to think she has kangaroo in her DNA. Her back legs are much longer than her front. Out of proportion in fact.

Maybe a bit of kelpie too.

I have now checked with the owners of Daisy's parents. They confirmed her dad was a Purebred Pug. Her mum was a Daschund x Chihuahua (the mum being the Chihuahua and the dad being the Daschund.)
They don't know her heritage any further back but did say one of her sisters has very short legs.

Are they sure that nobody else visited Daisy's mum during the relevant time?

You could be right Felicia. I think someone has jumped the fence. Maybe a small Kelpie.

Definately cute overload.
Our girl was supposed to grow to about 3-4 kgs.
Chihuahua X mini foxy.
Something went astray. She is now 2 years old and 7 kgs.
Love her all the same as you do with yours.
Enjoy your travels.

That's wonderful Colleen, Indy looks gorgeous. Looks like she has settled down well. At least you know how big she will grow, I'm still not sure with Daisy.
