into the microwave for minute or 2, then drop into heated pan,butter,salt pepper,spices...your choice, another 2...3 mins max.......all done. ( juicy as ).....restaurant trick.

Sorry won't do - fish smell in microwave for days as well as caravan - that's why we have a BBQ outside
