Bugga  I have just got my dose of steroids down to 6mg a day but now symptoms of original complaint - temporal arteritis - or as it is also called - giant cell decease have returned.  So now today I have had to up my dosage to 25g a day.  So I suppose its back to the jitters & inability to get to sleep.  This old age is for the birds.  OK no I have had my winge I feel better already.

Sorry to hear that Alice.  A friend of mine has that, plus Fibromyalgia Rheumatica.  She's in constant pain.  I don't know how she keeps going.

Hi Jules, We will be heading south after we finish house sitting here at the end of the month. We are flying to UK from Brisbane 28th July. - Yes another cruise coming up. Regards Alice
