Hello John,
I enjoy reading your news, always interesting. Thanks.
Are you still drinking apple cider vinegar each day? I have decided to do so myself but I think I bought the wrong brand (Cornwells). I have read that it should be unpasteurised and meant for drinking and Bragg brand is mentioned a lot on the internet sites. Could you tell me what brand you use and also the dilution and quantity you drink?
Thanks,
Margaret (Molluscan)

Good to hear you again John & good update. I'm just about in WA, still motoring west, at Timber Crk, at the moment, will be over the border tomorrow, haven't had much reception lately & I spent over a week at Longreach Waterhole with no contact to the outside world, took me 2 hours to update to Facebook tonight & organise my videos & other stuff, had a weeks stuff to catch up on.
Take care all you Wuruma ites.

Mike
