hi all, we are about to travel the Gibb River rd. Etc. can anyone tell me if the Mitchell falls road is open, and is it passable with standard clearance 4wd.

You could try phoning Drysdale River roadhouse/station for up to date information.

Thanks for the advice. Have just found out that the road has been open, but now closed again due to bushfire/smoke in the area.
