Hi, has anyone had any problems with the DSC indicator light coming on periodically on their BT50, have only done 32,000 klms and will be back in for the 5th time to get computer reset . They keep telling me it shows up as a malfunction, they reset but are saying their computers wont say what's causing the fault therefore don't know where to start to fix it. I don't know what the DSC actually is, I know what it's meant to do but is it an individual unit that can be replaced or many "units" combined? Help would be much appreciated as booked in again in two weeks time and getting sick of the run around, last time they had it for 3 days.

If its Dynamic Stability Control, then there can be a whole range of sensors that feed information to a central processor. It may be an intermittent faulty sensor or connector not properly pluged in. If its an intermittent fault & hasn't loged a fault code then its going to be difficult to find. This is the joys of the modern vehicle with all the fancy features.

Hi DeBe, that's exactly what they are telling me, I think I was hoping for a miracle that someone could say what sensor would cause the problem !
