Hi, I had fridge problems ( turned out to be faulty cooling unit AND thermostat ) but one of the things they checked was to make sure the cooling fins were not broken or had come away from ???. Apparently they run from the freezer down to the fridge but they can come off the fridge part so freezer works but not the fridge? That's here say, hopefully there is somebody with more knowledge that will be able to help. Best of luck.
