We are experiencing problems with fridge not going onto gas at free camp.Failure comes on bright and gas indicator appears to have a very faint glow.All other gas appliances are working ok.The fride will go to battery but not gas.Any ideas?

If it goes ok on 240 and 12 volt it might be a dirty jet, some gas we use in this country is Korean LPG, renowned for being dirty. I have heard of people putting cigarette filters in line in an effort to keep the jets clear. It just delays the need to clean the jet, eventually the cigarette filter gums up and has to be changed anyway..
