C1 RULES IN HIS KITCHEN

Now, we have all heard of My Kitchen Rules. Well I am stranded on the NSW south coast due to the weather gods unleashing all their fury around here so I am being spoilt. I have been house sitting for Copper 1&2 and he decided to cook chicken in his pyjamas tonight for dinner, ooops, that should be chicken parmigiana. Now if I was a judge on MKR I would have to score him a 10/10. Very tasty indeedy. 

I hope to be back in my den in the next couple of days. I will keep an eye on the weather gods and as soon as they nod off I'll make a run for it. (that keeps it on a CV topic) biggrin

I just hope it was only the chicken that was very tasty indeedy with all that talk of Copper being in his pyjamas - otherwise I would use terms like stringy, grissly........

Good to hear though that you and the den survived all ok - much better than so many others over your way Doug
