I have posted a longer text about this place on the free camps topic, but be warned - its a dump and worth a max of $10 a night, not $25. The caretakers will also try to rip you off by charging you for the 7th night - when in fact it is free.
Very limited power - what few are around the place require a standard 240v extension lead plug - not your 15amp caravan lead. We found only 2 that would take a van power lead. Only three water gathering places (one being over the mens urinal) and often these are blocked by caravans who have parked beside them and hooked up their hoses full time.
The toilets need 6 x sticks of TNT set off inside them they are so dirty and stink and there two showers side by side with a door lock that doesn't work and heated by a 50 litre hot water cylinder.
When it rains, the grassed area floods with up to 4-6" of water, so make sure youre a strong swimmer and at lunchtime today the "caretaker" announced they were going to have an 18th birthday party in one of the pavilions with a live band and it would go into the morning. It was suggested we might want to move all our RVS in ankle deep water and lots of rain to a quieter area at this dump.
Will never come back here - the worst we have struck and all the other vanners are unhappy chappies!!!
