My guess for what it's worth is they are a fly-by-night company which will stay around for a couple of years then disappear a lot richer or rename themselves and start again when there have been too many complaints. You will 'probably' get the goods but wouldn't count on after sales service being good.
Hope this helps.
Cheers

you really need to be careful with all the solar power companies nowdays. Many sprang up out of no-where after Kevin Rudd brought in govt subsidies for solar - but most of them had little or no knowledge of solar and many disappeared over the years. Now the current govt has canned to subsidies, some of the older and better companies have and will go out of business as well.
I use a particular one whose main business (and has been for about 15+ years now) is electrical - they are a sparkie company that wire up new homes and do repairs on existing ones. They have and still are, doing solar. If solar gets really bad profit wise, they wont disappear but just go back to being sparkies and still able to service your solar.
But be careful - most solar companies who hold themselves out as being able to do 12v solar work on your RV are not auto-electricians and you may eventually end up with a very expensive repair bill if they stuff up the electrics on your tow vehicle or trash your house batteries. I would be talking to a few larger auto-sparkies for their advice as to who to use or if they do this work. Its all about quality and will they be there in a few years time
