Hi Nelly,

I go that way whenever I get the chance although I haven't been that way for a few years. Beautiful country and great views.

To be specific the road is :-

a) Sealed all the way from memory.

b) Generally a good surface.

c) Slightly narrow in places.

d) Not much traffic.

e) A narrow, steepish, winding section of approx 4 ks (guessing) but easy if you take your time.

f) Make sure you have plenty of fuel as no servos until the end.

Well worth the effort.

Cheers

Carl

This road is very good but is a slow drive to enjoy it, very curvacious, no problem at all, there are a few free camps off this road if your looking for a place to stop off, one nice place is Big Jack's reserve, beside a love ly creek and has a toilet, another couple are not far off the main road around Cathcart, I live in the area if you need further info.

Buck.
