Pokies in Western Australia

We are heading off soon on a 3 month trek through N.T. Down the coast of W.A. and then back home through S.A. and Victoria. I love my Pokies and a friend has told me that there are no Pokies or Keno in N.T.  and W.A.  Can anyone tell me if this is true or not? Not sure if she is joking,or not.

The only pokies that I know of in WA are in the casino and I am sure it is the same for the NT so you will have to get your fix in the casinos. I think this applies to keno as well.

Regards Chris

Annie, there are pokies and keno in the Burswood Casino in Perth, they have a bus leaving/picking up from most suburbs around Perth.  See;  http://www.crownperth.com.au/?gclid=CPGahfTwysQCFYEsvQod-gUA7A

The RSL & other clubs/pubs do not have them in WA, at least not to my knowledge.   Darwin Casino also have them.

Their bus (Darwin) does a free pick up and return from most caravan parks in the Darwin area, also give a good deal on lunch with some freebies thrown in, including some free pokie and keno to start with.

If you spend a lot of time in WA you are likely to come home much richer.

And Double U Casino online, (I'm talking the free online games here).  There's even some free game sites that simulate all the Australian favorite "Pokie Machines" so you can get your fix for free......

And no I don't use them (much).

Thanks everyone for your feedback. Yes I already have "Heart of Vegas" on my IPad, which has all the club Pokie Machines on it so that will keep me occupied while over there. It won't hurt me to go without the real thing for a couple of months.
