RE: Visiting Perth & Staying with Family or Friends in your Van ?, Check the Bylaws first

It is illegal to have people stay in a caravan in my front yard in Redlands City Shire Council. This is on the coast south of Brisbane, almost a suburb.I made the inquiry re house sitters staying in van in my front yard. I explained they would have access to my shower and toilet/laundry but NO GO

Just around the corner from my sons, where I am at the moment, there is a caravan parked on a front lawn. Awning out, steps at door etc. Been there well over a week. Obviously no one has complained.
I'm parked on my sons front lawn, been here a month. Very obvious I'm not sleeping in it.
