Hi, Has anyone stayed at the Theodore free camp near the river lately? Last time we were driven out by 'ferals' who had set up camp for the long stay. Would like to go back but am a bit wary now.
Last September we went there and didn't like what we seen very pack in and was full up , They have coin showers now , We went to the Theodore Showgrounds $15 a night plenty of room Power and water very new amenities block would recommend it . If you are heading Past Cracow it has a great free camp on the hill above the Hotel .
Thanks for your replies. I agree with the great pub meals, and love the town itself. I just wonder why they don't have a rule for length of stay, and then they can move on long term pests. I will try again, and will also check out Cracow.
Cracow has a drive through set up on the top of the hill room for 3 so get there early , Power to your site no tap for water to your site but water is available , Great hot showers and toilet , Also after not being able to get into the river site at Theodore the showgrounds was great at the price I would go there next time over the river site.
