We are looking at getting a new second hand van and need some info

we want a poptop and preferably lower that 2100mm Towing height

reason being its easier to get booked on the Spirit of Tasmania

We don't want a 50/50 caravan and canvas van

We're very happy with our Crusader Bullet 151.

I just threw a tape measure against it and it is 2.0mt high with the top down.

I don't know about the latest vans, but at one time Coromal pop tops were lower with roof down than Jayco vans.

How they achieved this was lower side wall but higher vinyl in the pop top for the Coromal, while the Jayco had higher side walls and less (lower vinyl) in the pop tops, meaning the Jayco was higher with the pop top down than the Coromal.

We have a 2005 coromal lowline pop top which appears to be 2100 with the top pop down (includes a bit where the roll up awning sits slightly higher than the roof)
Will be for sale as we are downsizing from our small ppty and cant take it with us. Let me know if interested. I am of to hospital in a couple of hours for a double hernia op. back home thursday night.
